“Idol Star Athletics Championships” adalah kompetisi multi-olahraga Korea Selatan tahunan di mana selebriti, terutama K-pop penyanyi Idol dan Group datang untuk bersaing. Acara tahunan ini diselenggarakan dan disiarkan tahunan oleh Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC). ‘‘Idol Star Ssireum, Futsal, Archery and Athletics Championships‘ akan disiarkan selama dua-hari khusus pada bulan Februari, dan itu dibuat setelah sukses besar dari yang asli ‘Idol Star Athletics Championships’, yang ditayangkan tahun lalu selama Chuseok .

Participating groups this year include BTS, GOT7, TWICE, Apink, GFRIEND, MONSTA X, EXID, VIXX, B.A.P, BTOB, B1A4, AOA, Lovelyz, Oh My Girl, Block B, MAMAMOO, ASTRO, MADTOWN, Cosmic Girls, Heo Young Ji, and more. Unfortunately, SM Entertainment artists were not present in the games as they recently traveled to Hawaii in honor of the company’s 20th anniversary.
